- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined for a smooth texture.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Spread half of the dough into the bottom of a prepared baking dish.
- Layer the orange marmalade evenly over the dough.
- Crumble the remaining dough on top of the marmalade layer, pressing gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Melt the dark chocolate chunks and drizzle generously over the cooled bars before serving.
