  • 1 cup Almonds toasted
  • 1 cup Cashews toasted
  • 1 cup Pecans toasted
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
Sweetening
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt to balance sweetness
Drizzle
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Drizzle in the maple syrup and stir until well coated.
  4. Pour the nut mixture into a greased baking dish, pressing down with a spatula for an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  7. Once baked, drizzle the melted chocolate over the nut base and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
