  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves aromatic

  • 1 sheet puff pastry golden and flaky

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions to the pan and cook until caramelized.

  5. Pour in the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce, then add thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer the filling until thickened.
  7. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  8. Fill the pastry with the sausage mixture.
  9. Cover the filling with another layer of puff pastry and seal the edges.
  10. Brush the pastry with egg wash.
  11. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
