  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
For the Crisps
  • 24 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

How to Make Crunchy Pepperoni and Cheese Crisps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Stir until everything is nicely blended.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top each cheese mound with a slice of pepperoni.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley.
