How to Make Crunchy Pepperoni and Cheese Crisps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Stir until everything is nicely blended.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each cheese mound with a slice of pepperoni.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley.
