  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice brightens the dish
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs panko breadcrumbs recommended for extra texture
For the Ocean Flair

How to Make Crispy Vegan Fish Sticks
  1. Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes to eliminate excess moisture, then slice into stick shapes.
  2. Set up your breading station with three bowls: flour, liquid mixture, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each tofu stick in flour, then dip in the liquid mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the breaded tofu sticks.
  5. If using seaweed, cut it into strips and place on top of each coated tofu stick.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the sticks for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
