How to Make Crispy Vegan Fish Sticks
- Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes to eliminate excess moisture, then slice into stick shapes.
- Set up your breading station with three bowls: flour, liquid mixture, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each tofu stick in flour, then dip in the liquid mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the breaded tofu sticks.
- If using seaweed, cut it into strips and place on top of each coated tofu stick.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the sticks for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
