Filling
  • 8 oz Imitation crab meat
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Wrappers
  • 16 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 large Egg beaten
Frying
  • 3 cups Deep frying oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the imitation crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir everything together until well mixed and creamy.
  2. Scoop a small amount of the crab mixture and place it in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with the beaten egg.
  4. Heat deep frying oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the wontons in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain the fried wontons on paper towels once they're done.
