- Combine the imitation crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir everything together until well mixed and creamy.
- Scoop a small amount of the crab mixture and place it in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with the beaten egg.
- Heat deep frying oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the wontons in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain the fried wontons on paper towels once they're done.
