  • 1 cup Chicken Stock (Low Sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour (Corn Starch)
Noodles and Protein
  • 8 ounces Fresh Chow Mein Noodles or other stir-fry noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil can substitute with vegetable oil
  • 1 pound Chicken (Thinly Sliced) fresh for best taste
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 medium Onion (Sliced)
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Vegetables (e.g., bok choy, cabbage, carrots) use your favorites

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pour peanut oil into a large pan and warm it over medium heat.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir occasionally, cooking until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the thinly sliced chicken to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Mix in your choice of vegetables. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they become tender yet vibrant.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken stock, and cornflour. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Finally, add the chow mein noodles into the pan. Toss everything together for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.
