Method

How to Make Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites
  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they’re uniform to cook evenly.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one filled with flour, a second with beaten eggs, and a third with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge each salmon piece in flour to coat, before dipping it in the beaten eggs.
  4. Coat the salmon bites in the panko breadcrumbs mixture, pressing gently to ensure they stick well.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, then carefully add in batches of the coated salmon bites. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Mix the dipping sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a separate bowl. Stir until smooth.
  7. Serve your crispy salmon bites hot, paired with the zesty dipping sauce on the side.
