How to Make Crispy Apple Pie Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven according to the spring roll wrapper instructions, usually around 375°F.
  2. Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped apples to the skillet.
  4. Combine the brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and lemon juice into the skillet. Cook until apples are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the apple mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Assemble the rolls: place a wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a portion of the cooled apple filling into the center.
  7. Fold the wrapper corners over the filling tightly; roll up completely and seal the edges with a beaten egg.
  8. Brush the rolled pie with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
  9. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
