How to Make Crispy Apple Pie Rolls
- Preheat your oven according to the spring roll wrapper instructions, usually around 375°F.
- Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped apples to the skillet.
- Combine the brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and lemon juice into the skillet. Cook until apples are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the apple mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Assemble the rolls: place a wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a portion of the cooled apple filling into the center.
- Fold the wrapper corners over the filling tightly; roll up completely and seal the edges with a beaten egg.
- Brush the rolled pie with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar right before serving.

Notes
Chop apples into uniform pieces for even cooking. Brush generously with melted butter before baking for a golden finish.
