How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Fried Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, combine Sriracha, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir until well blended.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together all-purpose flour and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. In a separate bowl, crack and beat the eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Arrange breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry the shrimp for about 6 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with Sriracha mayo for dipping.
