- In a bowl, combine Sriracha, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir until well blended.
- In a shallow dish, mix together all-purpose flour and Old Bay seasoning.

- In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the shrimp for about 6 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with Sriracha mayo for dipping.
