How to Make Crispy Air Fried Artichoke Salad
- Drain the canned artichoke hearts and white beans thoroughly to ensure they don’t water down your salad. Rinse under cold water for added freshness, then set aside.
- Mince the garlic and shallot finely.
- Shred the Brussels sprouts and chop the celery and parsley.
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine.
- Air fry the salad ingredients in your air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
