  • 1 lime Lime juice juiced
  • 2 ounces Cream of coconut
  • Ice Fill your glass
  • Soda water Top off
For Garnishing
  • 5 sprigs Mint sprigs Fresh
  • 2 pieces Lime wheels
  • 1 lime Lime zest Grated
For Sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt

Instructions
  1. Muddle fresh mint and blackberries in a sturdy glass. Gently press them with a muddler until the mint is fragrant and the berries are slightly crushed, releasing their natural juices—about 30 seconds.
  2. Combine the ingredients by adding white rum, lime juice, cream of coconut, sugar, and kosher salt to the glass. Stir the mixture well for about 15 seconds to ensure everything is nicely blended.
  3. Fill the glass with ice, packing it firmly. Then, top off your drink with soda water until it reaches the rim.
  4. Garnish your creamy blackberry coconut mojito with mint sprigs, lime wheels, and a sprinkle of lime zest on top.
