- Combine the fresh cranberries and granulated sugar in a bowl, stirring gently. Allow them to sit for about 10 minutes.
- Mix in the chopped green onions, seeded and chopped jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Soften the cream cheese in a separate bowl until it’s smooth and creamy. Combine it with the cranberry mixture, blending until the dip is completely smooth.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, and garnish with extra cilantro or a sprinkle of lime zest on top.
- Serve with your choice of crackers, tortilla chips, or crostini.
