  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Salted butter melted
For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Goat cheese softened
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon sugar to taste

Method
 

How to Make Cranberry Goat Cheese Puff Pastry Swirls
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Brush the melted salted butter evenly over the surface of the pastry.
  4. Crumble the soft goat cheese over the entire pastry.
  5. Scatter the dried cranberries evenly over the goat cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.
  7. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  8. Cut the log into 16 swirls.
  9. Place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Brush the tops with additional melted butter.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
