  • 1 sheet Puff pastry Perfectly flaky and buttery
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese Creamy and rich
  • 1 cup Cranberries Fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar For topping cranberries
  • 1 large Egg For egg wash
For the Candied Pecans
  • 1 cup Pecans Crunchy and nutty
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar Adds richness
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted

Method
 

How to Make Cranberry Brie Bites with Candied Pecans
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out and cutting it into squares.
  3. Add a slice of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
  4. Top the brie with cranberries and sprinkle sugar over the top.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal them tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with a beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Mix pecans with melted butter and brown sugar until coated.
  9. Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes.
  10. Cool the candied pecans before chopping them roughly.
