How to Make Cranberry Brie Bites with Candied Pecans
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out and cutting it into squares.
- Add a slice of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
- Top the brie with cranberries and sprinkle sugar over the top.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal them tightly.
- Brush the tops with a beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix pecans with melted butter and brown sugar until coated.
- Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes.
- Cool the candied pecans before chopping them roughly.
