How to Make Crab Cake Egg Rolls
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili-garlic sauce, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and chopped scallion until well combined.
- Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs into the mixture and stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean work surface. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water to help seal them. Fold over to form an egg roll shape.
- Continue with the remaining wonton wrappers and crab mixture until all are filled and sealed.
- In a deep frying pan, heat the neutral oil over medium heat.
- Carefully fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once fried, remove the egg rolls and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
