Cooking Instructions

  4. Incorporate the chopped collard greens and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until well combined and frothy.
  6. Combine the cooked vegetable mixture with the egg mixture and pour it back into the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the top.
