How to Make
  1. In a pot, mix together the coconut cream, lemon zest, fish sauce, brown sugar, sambal oelek, and minced garlic. Heat over medium until the mixture simmers.
  2. Gently add the fish fillets into the simmering sauce. Poach for about 5 minutes or until opaque and easily flake with a fork.
  3. Stir in the baby spinach leaves, mixing until wilted and tender.
  4. Spoon the poached fish and spinach over steamed rice. Garnish with green onion and chili.
