Making the Rolls
- Activate the yeast by mixing it in warm milk and letting it sit until frothy for about 5-10 minutes.
- Combine sugar, butter, eggs, cocoa powders, and cinnamon in a bowl until creamy.
- Add the activated yeast mixture, followed by the flour, and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic, then let rise for 1-2 hours.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread Nutella on top, and sprinkle with dark brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into individual rolls, about 1-2 inches thick.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool slightly and prepare the icing by whisking together powdered sugar, half and half, and vanilla paste.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and top with extra Nutella and chopped Ferrero Rocher.
