Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 teaspoons Instant or Dry Active Yeast
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole Milk warm for yeast activation
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter room temperature
  • 2 large Large Eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Black Cocoa Powder
  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
Filling
  • 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Nutella for filling
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
Icing
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Paste
  • 1/4 cup Half and Half
  • 1/4 cup Extra Nutella for drizzling
Topping
  • 6 pieces Ferrero Rocher chopped for topping

Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. Activate the yeast by mixing it in warm milk and letting it sit until frothy for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, eggs, cocoa powders, and cinnamon in a bowl until creamy.
  3. Add the activated yeast mixture, followed by the flour, and stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic, then let rise for 1-2 hours.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread Nutella on top, and sprinkle with dark brown sugar.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into individual rolls, about 1-2 inches thick.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Cool slightly and prepare the icing by whisking together powdered sugar, half and half, and vanilla paste.
  10. Drizzle icing over warm rolls and top with extra Nutella and chopped Ferrero Rocher.
