Preparation

  2. Gently scoop out some flesh from each avocado half using a spoon, creating a little more space for the filling.
  3. To prevent the avocados from browning, sprinkle a little fresh lime juice inside each avocado half.
  4. Generously spoon the chicken salad mixture into each avocado half, ensuring they're all filled to the brim.
  5. Dust the tops of each filled avocado with a pinch of salt, paprika, and chili powder before serving.
