  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for frying
  • 4 pieces Burger buns your favorite type
  • 1/2 cup Spicy gochujang aioli for serving
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar for cucumber

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, scallions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, light soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, black vinegar, and black pepper until thoroughly blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4 equal burger patties, ensuring they are uniform and compact for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until they're golden brown and cooked through.
  2. While the burgers are cooking, slice the cucumber and toss it with rice vinegar and salt.
  3. Place the cooked patties on burger buns and top them with spicy gochujang aioli, shredded cabbage, cucumber slices, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
