How to Make Chicken Cream Cheese Croissants
- Preheat your oven according to the croissant package instructions, usually around 375°F.
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, salt, pepper, and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Roll out the canned croissants on a clean baking sheet.
- Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each croissant. Roll them up snugly.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
