How to Make Chicken and Avocado Quesadillas
- Heat the skillet: Start by placing a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer the first tortilla: Lay one tortilla in the pan, sprinkle half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- Add the fillings: Place the cooked chicken, avocado slices, salsa verde, and cilantro over the cheese.
- Top with cheese and tortilla: Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with the second tortilla.
- Cook until golden: Let it cook for about 4-5 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip the quesadilla: Carefully turn the quesadilla over and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy: Remove the quesadilla from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
