How to Make Cheesy Puff Pastry Breakfast Hand Pies
- Preheat the oven by following the instructions on your puff pastry package.
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until it's browned and crumbled.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until everything is nicely combined.
- Combine the egg mixture with the cooked sausage in the skillet and cook until fully set.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares.
- Fill each pastry square with a spoonful of the sausage and egg mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Seal the hand pies by folding the pastry over and pressing down with a fork.
- Bake your hand pies on a baking sheet according to the pastry package instructions.
