How to Make Cheesy Puff Pastry Breakfast Hand Pies
  1. Preheat the oven by following the instructions on your puff pastry package.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until it's browned and crumbled.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until everything is nicely combined.
  4. Combine the egg mixture with the cooked sausage in the skillet and cook until fully set.
  5. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares.
