Ingredients
  

For the Biscuits
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked diced ham
  • 1/4 cup finely diced chives
For the Wet Mixture
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or hot honey
For Topping
  • 1 tbsp flaky salt

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, and kosher salt in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and chives.
  4. Mix the avocado oil, cottage cheese, milk, melted butter, and honey in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet using a tablespoon.
  7. Sprinkle flaky salt on top of each biscuit.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
