How to Make Chai White Chocolate Toffee Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine browned butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla into the sugar mixture. Mix until blended.
- Mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and allspice in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture gradually. Stir until no flour streaks remain.
- Fold in white chocolate chips, toasted pecans, and toffee bits.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
