How to Make Chai White Chocolate Toffee Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine browned butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla into the sugar mixture. Mix until blended.
  4. Mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and allspice in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture gradually. Stir until no flour streaks remain.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips, toasted pecans, and toffee bits.
