Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli florets, purple cabbage, carrots, edamame, green onions, and bell pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss together until coated.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
