  • 15 oz black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cumin
  • 0.25 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder adjust for spice preference
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Black Bean Dip
  1. Drain the black beans. Start by draining the black beans in a colander and give them a gentle rinse for freshness!
  2. Combine the ingredients. In a blender, add the drained black beans, extra virgin olive oil, sour cream, garlic, and spices. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper!
  3. Blend until smooth. Blend the mixture on high until creamy and well combined, about 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed!
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Give your dip a taste and adjust the seasonings as desired.
