Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine mixed berries, 2 tablespoons sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a bowl. Let sit to release juices.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, egg, vanilla extract, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Dollop spoonfuls of the berry mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 18 minutes until set but slightly jiggly. Let cool on a wire rack.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
