How to Make Berries and Cream Filled Croissants
  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on your puff pastry package.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into triangles.
  3. Combine the frozen blueberries, fresh blackberries, fresh raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then mix in cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spoon a portion of the berry mixture and a dollop of the cream mixture onto each puff pastry triangle.
