How to Make Berries and Cream Filled Croissants
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on your puff pastry package.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into triangles.
- Combine the frozen blueberries, fresh blackberries, fresh raspberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then mix in cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon a portion of the berry mixture and a dollop of the cream mixture onto each puff pastry triangle.
- Fold the triangles into croissants and gently press the tips to seal. Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake them in the preheated oven until golden brown and puffed up.
