  • 1 cup Thai-style red curry simmer sauce
  • 1 cup Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Water
For the Potstickers
  • 1 pkg Frozen potstickers
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped For garnish
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, thinly sliced For garnish
  • 1 tbsp Chili crisp or crunchy chili oil To drizzle on top

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the potstickers package.
  2. Combine the soy-based sauce, Thai-style red curry simmer sauce, coconut milk, minced garlic, and water in a saucepan. Stir well and heat over medium until thoroughly mixed and warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare the frozen potstickers by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the potstickers in the preheated oven until they are golden brown and heated through, usually around 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve the baked potstickers hot with the Thai curry sauce alongside, garnished with fresh cilantro and green onions and drizzled with chili crisp or crunchy chili oil.
