  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 medium shallots or onions if needed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
For the Flavor Boost
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay® seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons diced chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For the Lobster and Topping
  • 8 ounces cooked knuckle and claw lobster meat
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

How to Make Baked Lobster Dip
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped shallots and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, chives, parsley, salt, pepper, lobster meat, and sautéed shallots. Mix until creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until coated.
  6. Sprinkle the Panko mixture over the dip. Bake for 25 minutes until hot and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm with crackers or toasted bread.
