  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic fresh minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts firm and fresh
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, and wrap each sprout with a strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Arrange the wrapped Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
  5. Serve the Brussels sprouts warm, alongside the aioli dip.
