How to Make Apple Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with a little oil or butter.
  2. Mix the apples, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in another bowl.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture gradually, stirring gently until no flour streaks remain.
  5. Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan, using a spatula to help spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
