  2. Sauté chopped red chilli, minced garlic, and ground ginger for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Mix honey, dark soy sauce, and lime juice; stir until thickened.
  4. Sprinkle cornflour over sea bass fillets to coat.
  5. Cook fillets skin-side down for 4 minutes until crispy.
  6. Flip fillets; cook for 4 minutes while spooning sauce over.
  7. Garnish with coriander and spring onions; serve with lime slices.
